Supervision Program
This program is usually created with the local Education Authorities as it is tailored to their needs. Some Authorities who have large numbers of schools actively carrying out the Drawing and Talking Technique, like to ensure there is a support network in place and that Supervision is continuously available to anyone working with this technique.
Supervision training is open to anyone, however Drawing and Talking Ltd request that anybody who attends this training is carrying out the work with Children continuously. It is recommended that participants for this training program have completed work with at least 3 Children and must have attended the Advanced Knowledge Training.
Participants will automatically receive their certification on completion of the training.
Maximum number of participants per course is 20.
Training will always include:
- Supervision and mentoring practices
- How to set up and run supervision groups
- Practical training in possible scenarios
