Advanced Knowledge in Drawing and Talking
Many people who have completed the Foundation to Drawing and Talking have expressed a desire to know more about the technique and Jungian Theory that underpins it. Drawing and Talking Ltd are delighted to offer the Advanced Knowledge course to anyone who has completed the Foundation to Drawing and Talking.
Training includes:
- The Structure of the Psyche and Ego-Self Axis
- The Basic Archetypes as defined by Carl Jung
- Which Children are likely to benefit from Therapeutic Intervention
- What To Do When A Child Will Not Draw – Sandplay
- Assessment Tools including Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire
- Using Drawing and Talking with a Group – A Directed Approach
- The Play Continuum
Participants are required to bring copies of the drawings that children have completed if they have been given permission to keep copies by the child.
